Chicken with sour cream sauce is a luxury recipe cooked on various occasions, it consists of adding a chicken to a creamy sour sauce, the result is a fattier and a creamy meal, garnished with green leaves on top. This chicken recipe is a simple flavourful soul food.

Ingredients:
A whole farm chicken, 500 ml of fat sour cream, 3-4 tablespoons of white flour, green parsley leaves and/or finely chopped dill, water, salt, pepper, butter and oil for the sauce, 3-4 cloves of garlic. Serve with fresh cornmeal porridge.
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the chicken in salted water for 40-60 minutes (farm chicken have tough meat, so it needs a longer cooking time but are much tastier) cook until the meat is soft. Cut into nice pieces, then set aside.
2. In a saucepan add a spoon of butter, oil and the flour, stirring constantly until it turns golden, then add the diluted sour cream with a ladle of the chicken stock (resulted from boiling the chicken). Next add the pieces of chicken meat in the sauce. Bring all to a boil for another 1-2 minutes.
3. Toast the garlic cloves (well crushed) in a small quantity of oil until they turn golden, pour the pan content with the oil over the chicken and cream.
4. Garnish with the chopped greens leaves and serve warm with fresh polenta porridge.
