Using many seasonal vegetables, mostly white vegetables, this dish is a complete flavourful rustic soup. Of course as all delicious soups, it is enriched with fat cream and homemade butter. This recipe is elegant and tasty.

Ingredients:
3 large carrots, 3 turnips, 2 leek roots 1 (white parts only), 2 onions, 1⁄4 of white cabbage, 100 g of butter, 1 cup of white beans (can be pre-boiled), 2 cups of fat cream, and green herbs as you like. Hot green pepper and pita bread for serving.
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the white beans for 30 minutes. Then chop the vegetables, carrots, turnips, onions, leeks and the white cabbage and bring to a boil for 30 minutes in the white beans stock. Add salt and pepper.
2. Pour cream and butter in the soup, mix well and lastly season with your preferred green herbs. Serve with pita bread and green peppers.
