Cartofii se fierb \u00een ap\u0103 cu sare, se cur\u0103\u021b\u0103, se dau prin ma\u0219ina de tocat. Dac\u0103 nu se dore\u0219te a se pune cartofi se sare peste aceast\u0103 etap\u0103 \u0219i se continu\u0103 cu prepararea umpluturii din carnea afumat\u0103 care se toac\u0103 m\u0103runt, se pr\u0103je\u0219te \u00een ulei, se adaug\u0103 ceapa tocat\u0103 \u0219i \u00eempreun\u0103 se las\u0103 la foc mic c\u00e2teva minute. Se dau prin ma\u0219ina de tocat \u0219i se toarn\u0103 peste cartofi, dac\u0103 s-au folosit la re\u021bet\u0103; dac\u0103 nu se folosesc cartofii, se amestec\u0103 bine carnea \u0219i se condimenteaz\u0103 cu sare \u0219i piper.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"gmail-smknipara\"><span lang=\"RO\">3. Cu aceasta compozi\u021bie se umplu col\u021buna\u0219ii: pe\u00a0\u00a0cercule\u021be se pune o linguri\u021b\u0103 de umplutur\u0103 \u00een mijloc, se \u00eendoaie la jum\u0103tate cercul \u0219i se lipesc bine marginile;\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"gmail-smknipara\"><span lang=\"RO\">4. Se pune o oal\u0103 cu ap\u0103 \u0219i sare \u0219i se se fierb 5-6 minute, p\u00e2n\u0103 se ridic\u0103 la suprafa\u021b\u0103. Se scot cu paleta \u00eentr-un vas unde se pune unt topit.
